First, let’s have a coffee to get to know each other. This gives the opportunity for us to hear about your products. Together, we identify the key stakeholders we need to help you on your quest for improvement.
Intake

Together with you and the key stakeholders in your company, we organize a short intake to assess the product related pain in your company and possible routes to improve.
Iterate and fail fast

In cooperation with you we quickly design multiple concepts, using the fail fast principle, to demonstrate possible routes to follow.
You then decide, with our guiding, what route you wish to pursue.
Product development

When you give the green light for a product development project, we will first sit with you to shape the project.
We can do the development for you, and/or aid your development team where needed.
